Make better ad decisions for your DTC brand.

Bring your campaigns, creative questions and business targets into the same review. MAI helps your team investigate performance, evaluate supported proposals and plan the next budget step using the advertising data you connect.

Bring your team’s next question

From performance review to the next campaign or budget test.

Understand what changed.

Use connected campaign evidence to investigate performance and prepare a report. Keep the reporting period, source freshness and attribution definitions clear before choosing the next step.

Bring performance questions into Slack ↗

Review the next creative or bidding test.

Where Opti is enabled, inspect a supported creative, bidding or campaign proposal. Catalog options need account-specific support and review; they do not establish causal lift or automatically apply a change.

Evaluate your next spend increase.

Use available campaign evidence and business constraints to review a bounded increase. Channel-level modeling is an additional option only when its data, model and access requirements are met.

Bring the constraints from the business.

  • Supported connected ad accounts, conversion measurement and a clear business goal.
  • Consistent reporting periods, attribution definitions and the campaign questions you want to investigate.
  • Your margin, creative capacity, stock, fulfillment and spend constraints, supplied by your team.

Connect the performance review to the next test.

Campaign evidence and business constraints belong in the same decision.

Make the budget and objective explicit.

Media-plan settings put the account, budget and goal into a setup you can review. Available controls depend on the connected provider and account; a prepared plan is separate from an authorized launch.

Is Shopify required to use MAI?

No. The campaign analysis, reporting and proposal workflows described here use supported advertising connections and are not tied to a Shopify storefront. Shopify-specific commerce analysis requires a linked store and usable synced data. Check the source requirements for each commerce or measurement workflow separately.

Does MAI support every commerce platform?

This page does not establish universal store-platform integrations. Your DTC team can use the available advertising workflows without assuming that its commerce data is connected. Verify support for your store and required datasets before relying on commerce analysis.

What business context should our team provide?

Bring verified targets, margin, creative capacity, stock and fulfillment constraints. Attributed ad revenue alone does not establish complete profit, inventory capacity or a causal advertising effect. Review each proposal against those constraints before authorizing a supported change.

Availability and limits

Campaign analysis and reporting depend on supported connected accounts, permissions and usable data. Opti requires workspace enablement and suitable saved evidence. Commerce analysis and modeled measurement have additional source and eligibility requirements; support for a particular store platform must be verified separately.

Bring your next growth decision to MAI.
